Reps: How to place your Avon order online

Whether you are a new rep or a more advanced rep, this is where you need to start.  This is the web address so you can copy and paste if you don't already have it, http://www.youravon.com/us-home.  Here is where you can either sign in, or set up your account.  Yep, this is where the fun and money begin!  Assuming you already have your account set up, I am going to show you step by step how to place a campaign order.

Step 1
1.  Enter your account number and password and click "log in" to get started.  If you are a rep and have not set up your account, this is the time to click where it says "set up your account now."  Once you log in, you might not always be taken to the order page; sometimes the page you land on will be a promotion of some sort, depending on what time of year.  To make sure you are on the right page, simply click the "my orders" tab at the very top left of the page under the "Your Avon" logo.  Now you are in the right place!

2.  On this page by default the current campaign number will be checked on the left side of the page under "create order in campaign."  If you need to place a late order from the previous campaign or just want to start the next campaign early, simply change the campaign number and click the box that says "begin typing your customer's name."  You can choose any name, but if you don't have any web store customers yet at this point, go ahead and start typing your name.  It doesn't really matter, just as long as there is a name in the box.  Once you have these 2 boxes taken care of, simply click on "create order."

3.  There are lots of options on this next page, but for the sake of this tutorial we are going to focus on the column on the left side of the page and click on "shop by brochures and flyers."  This way you can browse every brochure available so you don't miss anything.

4.  On this page you can see all the current brochures, so you can either click on the one that is front and center, which is the current campaign, or you can click on the arrows at either side of the page to see the different other brochures available.  Just turn the pages by using the arrows pointing to the right or left and click on the items you are interested in.  Once you click, a little window will pop up asking you the quantity and sometimes you will get a drop-down menu where you have the option of choosing shade or scent.  Then just click "add to order."

5.  Once you are down browsing the brochures and picking your items, simply click on "back to item entry form" either on the top or bottom of the page.  This will bring you back to the "my orders" page with all of your ordering options.  While placing an order, don't forget to take a look at the "Whats New" brochure with all the great upcoming deals and opportunities for reps and customers alike, but more about that later.  Everything you need as far as ordering is here, so feel free to take a look around.
Step 6

6.  If you happen to get lost or confused, simply click on "my orders" at the very top of the page to the left under the "Your Avon" logo.  This will always bring you back to where you created your order, only this time since you have an order started already, you can scroll to the bottom left of the page and there you will see your current orders.  Simply click on the underlined order number to get back to the order page.

7.  Assuming you have click "my orders" and the order number, you are back on the order page.  Now scroll down to the bottom and you will see a section that says "items saved in this order," and there is your order with a list of everything along with the cost.  Pay attention to the colored dots and look at the legend below so you can make sure all your items are in stock.  If you have all green dots, you are good to go!
Step 8

8.  Ready to check out?  Just click "view cart" at the very bottom of the page or under the "my orders" column on the left side of the page and you are in your order cart.  There are lots of options here, so I will keep it simple.  Under "current campaign orders," check the box next to the order you are placing.  Now tell them how many customers are being served.  It doesn't matter what you put, just as long as there is a number there.  Click regular shipment and click the "continue" button at the very bottom.
Step 9

9.  This page is where you order your brochures.  You choose how many you want, but remember to look at the quantity.  The regular brochures come in packs of 10, so if you put 5 in the box, you will get 50 brochures.  Different brochures come in different quantities.  You can also order your brochures in Spanish if you like!  They also put special offers on this page.  Now assuming you are really ready to check out, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on "continue to order summary."
Step 10

10.  This is it!  The final page; everything you have ordered, your total, plus your earnings total.  This is your last chance to go back and make changes, so take a look and make sure everything looks correct and click "submit orders."  The confirmation page is the last page you will see to assure your order was sent.  No need to print this page, as almost immediately you will get an email with the confirmation information on it, but you can print if you like.

So just to wrap it up:
1.  Sign in.
2.  Create order.
3.  Choose "shop by brochures and flyers."
4.  Pick the brochure you want to shop.
5.  Go back to item entry form.
6.  Click on the order number.
7.  Make sure everything is in order and click on "view cart."
8.  Check order number, enter customer count and type of shipment and click "continue."
9.  Add brochures.
10.  Verify and submit order.
